I was regretting the past
and fearing the future.
Suddenly, my Lord was speaking.
"My Name is I AM"
He paused. I waited. He continued:
When you live in the past,
With it mistakes and regrets,
It is hard.
My name is not I WAS.
When you live in the future,
With its problems and fears,
It is hard.
My name is not I WILL BE.
When you live in this moment,
It is not too hard.
I am here.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace that passes all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)

Great lines. This is a very practical concept that the majority do not know/do. I have read about this in a book 'The Power of Now' by Eckart Tolle.
I love the idea and I feel that's perhaps the best idea to keep a great living! Thank you :)
It makes me think about what I focus on and to remember Who is in charge of it all.
